A Meditation for Self-Confidence
/ Rachel Warmath
I remember the challenges I have faced, and the struggles I have overcome.
I am strong. I am resilient.
I may have lost sight of what I'm doing, I may feel lost and uncertain, but I'm here.
I feel the energy of my own body, the strength of my smile.

I can do this.
I can shift the impossible to something possible, when I follow my heart.
When I stay open.
