  • Never done yoga? No worries! This is a great class for beginners… and great for getting back to your practice if you’ve been on a break (like me) and want to do so in a way that’s intuitive, calming, and shame-free. 💖

  • The gentle poses are designed to help you feel better in your body — less stiff, less tense, and more in tune with what you need. This is a chance in your day to slooooow downnnnn.

  • We’ll also do breathing exercises that are proven to help reduce stress. 🫁

  • Burned out? In a health crisis? Moving through grief? This is for you! 😍 A safe space where you can show up however you’re feeling.

  • Struggling with sleep? Reduce mind chatter before bed so you can rest fully. 😴

  • Pajamas, comfy blankets, and pillows encouraged! 🧖‍♀️
