Stand in Your Power

Keep in mind that standing in your power— showing up as a strong, badass, confident version of yourself— may sometimes trigger people.

They may feel insecurity or jealousy, and that's OK.

If that happens, just notice. Observe. There is no need to judge.

If you can stay strong and in your power, there is immense potential for healing.

As you hold up a mirror for someone else, both of you are learning and growing.

Can you love this person without judgment? Can you release your own fear of being judged by them? Can you let go and surrender to the moment?

Stay grounded and trust yourself.

Keep your heart wide open and have compassion for those who are around you who are drawn to your energy.

Keep showing up as you are, loving without judgment, letting go of what other people think.

I have struggled with this many times. It is not easy to not take things personally, especially for those of us who care so much.

I am learning to accept myself.

To be seen.

To practice releasing fear and coming back to my own heart.

The truth is, we all have an inner badass and the world needs us to show up that way. This is how we make an impact. This is how we heal.
