Do you trust yourself?
If you’re facing a difficult decision, or having trouble figuring out how to navigate a situation, it can be helpful to step back and take a deep breath.
Here are a few simple questions I sometimes ask, to help with the practice of trusting my intuition:
Does this feel like a “yes” or does this feel like a “no?”
Does this feel easy, or difficult?
Am I leaning in toward this, or leaning away?
How does the energy in my body feel?
Am I honoring what I deserve?
