Today in my practice, something clicked 💥😛🔥 it's day 8 of #yogaeverydamnday with @yoga_girl and I wasn't expecting to work on forearm stands for this challenge but every time I've rolled out my mat I crave them! 🙌😍 And with my @dharmayogawheel I've been able to get off the wall and find the balance point where I'm just hovering 🙃 soooo rad! I've been working on forearm stand lately and wanted to share some progress with you guys :)
This week I had a little breakthrough where I was suddenly able to float effortlessly using my Dharma Yoga Wheel. It's amazing how becoming aware of little things has transformed my experience of this pose -- like engaging my glutes, and activating my leg muscles.
If you're struggling with a pose, I invite you to do some research or ask a friend or yoga teacher for some tips. It could be something simple that you're missing that will give you the key to unlock the pose!
