Slow Mornings

Each morning is a little different.

The feeling of the sun on my back, it's like a battery charging me up for the day. That warmth is the best way to get powered up for the day. 

Some days my fuel is hot water with lemon. Some days, coffee. Or matcha green tea lattes made with swirly almond milk.

Sometimes I invite movement and sweat. Others, a gentle stretch or period of deep breathing.

I give myself permission to be flexible each day, letting the mornings be different, finding what I need in the moment.
