3 Things to Do When You’re Too Tired for Yoga

  1. Have a dance party. Preferably in your underwear ;) Set one goal: to move your body in a way that feels good!

  2. Roll on a foam roller or yoga wheel. My favorite is the Dharma Yoga Wheel (it’s the original yoga wheel and the folks who make these are truly the embodiment of yoga).

  3. Do a 5 minute (or better yet, 10 minute) ab circuit. Work as hard as you can for a short burst of time.
