Being a yoga teacher is one of my greatest joys in this lifetime.

Since 2014, I have been teaching mindful all-levels Vinyasa yoga classes inspired by the style of Baron Baptiste and Dharma Yoga. I teach students of all experience levels in a variety of settings: yoga studios, wellness centers, gyms, outdoors, private classes, and online. I teach with a focus on mobility, body awareness, discipline, and personal empowerment. My goal is for students to leave class feeling grounded, peaceful, and strong.
