I have a lot of friends and family who seem to be saying the same thing these days:

  • I feel like crap.

  • My usual coping mechanisms aren't working.

  • Things are falling apart and I just need a break.

  • I can’t sleep.

  • My body feels uncomfortable and I feel sluggish.

  • I’ve lost my healthy habits since the pandemic ~ my schedule is all over the place, I’m eating more processed food than I was before, I can’t quit drinking every night, and I have no motivation to exercise.

The question I keep coming back to… what can we do about it?!

With that in mind, I created an online workshop. My goal is for you to learn new stress management techniques ASAP so that you can get back to feeling like yourself.

Many of us don’t have an hour a day to practice yoga. We have no idea how to meditate. Energy work— WTF is that?!

These tools don’t have to be complicated.

You can learn easy, simple, FAST ways to help yourself deal with stress… and that’s what we’ll cover during the workshop.

In this 1-hour online workshop, I'll cover a variety of PRACTICAL and SIMPLE ways to help you care for yourself and stay grounded. You'll walk away from the class feeling lighter and brighter with a handful of yoga, breathing & energy work techniques in your back pocket.

The class includes:

~ 5 yoga poses to do every day if you have chronic stress

~ 3 breathing techniques for calm and clarity

~ 10 energy work techniques that you can use anytime to RESET and balance and get out of flight-or-flight and into a peaceful state

~ Introduction to chakra energy points in the body

~ A short meditation to encourage open-mindedness and non-reactivity

~ A handout outlining topics so you can print & keep with you

~ Q&A at the end of class

You don't need a yoga mat, special gear or any previous experience in order to succeed in this class. All you have to do is show up!

This class will be taught on Zoom.
