Sometimes a simple, short yoga practice is just the thing.
Lately I keep coming back to these three poses:
Low lunge
Child’s pose
Supine twist
If your time is limited today, try 10 breaths in each of these shapes.
Set yourself up in the pose, then slow down your breath. Be still. Receive.
