May You Be Well: Less Screen Time

My daily wellness choice today is to spend less time in front of a screen.

Instead of watching TV, I choose to be outside. I choose to practice diving into the pool and to hula hoop, instead of checking my phone. I’ll give hugs instead of write text messages :)

For the last hour before I go to bed, I won’t have any screen time, so that my mind and body can settle and so that I can be present to the moment, not distracted by social media musings.
