Hey beautiful yogis! Today I am wishing you a beautiful weekend full of yoga, relaxation, sunshine, and time with those you love.

I encourage you to spend a little time to yourself, reflecting on what's beautiful in your life, who you are, and your deepest desires.

Today I did a short meditation where I vibrated the mantra "So Hum." On each inhale, you focus on the sound "so," and for each exhale, you focus on the sound "hum." As the session starts, you ask yourself three key questions.

The questions invite you to consider your deepest, highest Self: Who am I? What do I want from life? What is my true dharma, or purpose, in life?

Then, you let these go and you fall into the simple rhythm of "So Hum" and you simply breathe, trusting that the universe will take care of the rest.

If all of that sounds too intimidating or intense for you, I encourage you to just set aside time to go for a walk, listen to your favorite music, or take a long, relaxing bath.

Sometimes we need to be lighthearted in order to figure ourselves out :)

Whatever you're up to this weekend, know this: you are a beautiful being filled with light, and I am grateful for you. Namaste!

PS I'm taking a little blogging break until Monday... see you then.
