Finding Energy

What energizes you?

Lately I've been contemplating what attracts certain people together, where we derive energy, and the ways we're interconnected with the world around us.

I feel powerful energy and confidence when I take time every day to practice yoga. I often dedicate to my practice to the benefit of others, and I feel a resonance from that.

I also pick up strength from spending time with loved ones, working out regularly, eating healthy foods, being home, traveling, teaching, and sharing what I can.

To find new energy, consider setting a few new goals for yourself. What's one thing you can do this fall to improve your quality of life?

As Robin McKinley puts it, “I like that: a little pressure on the understood boundaries of yourself. Sounded like something out of a self-awareness class, probably with yoga. See what kind of a pretzel you can tie yourself into and press on the understood...I was raving, if only to myself.”

I believe you can achieve whatever you set your mind to. Practice, be at peace, let your heart follow suit. Your energy will flow from there.
