You know what I think?

I think you're good enough. You are worthy.

And you're damn strong, handling all the challenges and struggles that you do.

You have permission to ask for help.

You have permission to be in the healing process, not knowing which way is up or down.

You have permission to feel weak, or discouraged, and to keep moving forward.
