May You Be Well: Listening


Take a moment to notice what’s around you.

The way the light falls, the sound of traffic passing, the stillness as an inhale becomes an exhale. 

Listen with your eyes as well as your ears. See who is standing right before you.

Feel grateful. See what that feels like in your body. What is your body telling you?

Just pause for a moment, and see what’s happening now.
