Downward Dog after a Run



Lately I've been doing some running. I really enjoy doing a post-run yoga flow, and I'm finding certain postures feel amazing: downward facing dog, for one. Once my calves and ankles have been for a run, it feels really good to stretch them out.

Yogic squats also feel great, and open up my hamstrings and inner thighs. Do you have any yoga routines you like to incorporate into your exercise regimen?
