I have some fun findings to share this afternoon. The first: Trevor Dye of Yogi Uprising, a San Francisco yogi and teacher who offers sliding scale classes (meaning you pay what you can afford).

He's all about getting yoga to the people and practicing anywhere, including the grocery store or the local park.
