Summer Self-Care
/ Rachel WarmathWhat does your self-care routine look like these days?
Here are the things I’ve been doing to take gentle care of myself:
Daily movement— yoga, running, swimming, walking, dancing
Daily meditation
Taking rest days and naps on the weekends
Taking 10 minute breaks to walk or focus on my breath — helps me clear my head
Drinking plenty of water and adding electrolytes if I feel dehydrated or am going for a big run
Spending time in lakes and streams and hiking and walking in nature to clear my energy field
Eating clean — little to no processed food
Regular floats at True Rest Chico in the epsom salt — so relaxing and nourishing to my nervous system!
What’s your routine looking like?
