Clear You Mind With These Activities

Let’s get outside!

If you need to clear your mind, or cultivate a sense of calm, being in nature helps.

Being outside can boost your happiness, so it might just be a good time to put on your hiking boots, grab your heated winter gloves, pack a sandwich, and head out.

Here are some activities to help boost your mood.

Hiking

Hiking is a great option for those who like to wander. Grab your hiking boots, backpack with snacks, and a journal to write in during your adventure. Whether you’re going for a short hike near a body of water or taking a long trek into the woods, taking a hike is a great way to clear your mind and refresh your spirit.

Camping

Camping is a great way to take a break from the fast pace of life. Grab your tent, pack some yummy food, and load up your car to take a little getaway adventure somewhere new! Camping offers great opportunities to find hikes, enjoy quality time conversing around the camp fire, and laying down to stare up at the stars after sunset.

Depending on where you live, there may be a range of wild camping areas that you can make use of.

Climbing

Rock climbing is great for those who are adventurous and who love a challenge! Consider taking a lesson or joining a climbing class so that you can develop your skill in an indoor gym setting before you climb outside. Ask your teacher and other climbers for their recommendations about gear; if you get serious about climbing, you’ll want good shoes, ropes, harnesses, chalk and gloves. Always remember to apply good safety measures when you climb!

Spelunking

Exploring caves opens up a whole new world. Spelunking may not be for the faint of heart— are you ready? Find a great tour guide and set your plan in place!

Ready for your outdoor adventure? Let’s shake off city life for a few hours and find some lush green woods, take a trip to the beach, or find a trail to hike.

I’d love to hear what adventures you’re taking these days! Namaste.
