3 Things to Do When You’re Too Tired for Yoga
Have a dance party. Preferably in your underwear ;) Set one goal: to move your body in a way that feels good!
Roll on a foam roller or yoga wheel. My favorite is the Dharma Yoga Wheel (it’s the original yoga wheel and the folks who make these are truly the embodiment of yoga).
Do a 5 minute (or better yet, 10 minute) ab circuit. Work as hard as you can for a short burst of time.
