As a yogi, it's important to fuel your body with healthy snacks before and after class.
Especially if you're a teacher running around from class to class, it is helpful to plan ahead and bring along food that will sustain you and give you lasting energy throughout the day.
Recently I was lucky to discover Flyjoy vegan snack bars. These bars are packed with superfood nutrition from quinoa, chia seed, and flax seed and they come in some really tasty flavors... um, blueberry almond and cashew cookie dough, anyone?! :)
