Today, I let myself off the hook.

When I have quiet moments, I will remind myself, I am doing the best I can. I will forgive myself for any harshness, guilt, or fear that comes into my mind.

And I will boldly ask that this fear be replaced with love.

Today, I cultivate loving thoughts toward myself and others.
