It’s easy to make excuses not to do yoga.
But when you choose to show up at the studio… something shifts. You get inspired by those around you. The voice of the teacher, a light touch during a posture, the music and the breath of the students next to you: it all helps you go deeper.
Today I’m choosing well-being by showing up at my yoga studio. To practice. To be noticed, supported, and hugged. To smile at other yogis. To be grateful, in community.
