Have you ever practiced aerial yoga?
I did a few classes a while back and tried it at Wanderlust, too. I loved the way you can experience length in the spine through well-controlled inversions.
The postures and stretches we did were unique, too – which meant my body wasn’t used to working and stretching in that way—so I left feeling the-good-kind-of-sore :)
