Lately I let my yoga practice happen anywhere, even in the middle of crowded streets.
I practice in Chicago, hoping others will see me standing in a balancing pose and know that they can find the same sense of peace.
There's one spot in Evanston where I love to practice near some water fountains. It's so peaceful: the sound of the water, little birds gathering, people stopping to eat lunch in the sun or sit and talk with friends.

Where do you practice? What's the wildest spot you've done yoga?
