Yogis, friends, loves: I have some exciting news!
With over three years of yoga under my belt...

And as my art begins to take shape...as I begin to live as an artist, giving when I can, trying to be fearless and stay true to the moment...
As I continue to pursue healthy living (and as I've committed to being a vegetarian full-time and am doing whatever I can to eat clean, green, and organic)...
... I'm also about to teach yoga!
As in, studio classes. With people who come to class, roll out their mats, and listen to me at the front of the room for an hour or so.
My heart does little flips just thinking about this!

I've been moving in this direction for a long time, and I have taught little classes here and there, but I couldn't be more excited to commit to sharing my yoga more. I've applied for the Dharma Yoga 200 hour teacher training in New York City. As of next spring, I hope to be teaching Dharma classes. At some point in the next year, I also hope to do a training with yogini warrior Sadie Nardini and learn how to teach the style of core strength vinyasa.
Masters, teachers, gurus who have shaped my path, thank you. I'm ready.
I bow humbly in your direction, hopeful that I might share with others what you've shared with me. A most heartfelt namaste!

Thanks to all of the yogis who write to me via this blog. Sponsored Yogis, I love you guys! Beth, Emily, Hans, Dana, Rich, Beth, Annie, and Emily: you guys are a rock in my foundation. Thank you for your steady support, and your wise contributions.
Sadie Nardini, you are a badass and I aspire to teach as beautifully as you do. Thank you for the Chicago workshop at Moksha; it changed my life for the better. :)
Sri Dharma Mittra, we haven't met yet, but you have inspired me in so many ways through your incredible teachers and the yogis who practice under your guidance. Your yoga opened my heart chakra and I haven't looked back since.
