My heart is saddened by news of violence in the city where I live. This city I've come to love. City of Big Shoulders, steel workers, finance guys. Adventurous spirits. Men and women friendlier than anywhere else in the midwest.
People who know how to bundle in the cold to survive. People who fight for what they believe in. Chicagoans I know, Chicagoans who know me... hey :) Let's breathe for a minute, OK? Let me know if you need some yoga.
