Art can change the world. The energy you put out there resonates, whether it's in the form of a yoga posture, a hug, a delicious meal, or a poem.
What art forms do you practice?
I've always been a writer and dancer. I photograph sometimes. And recently, I've been painting and hula hooping even more. And enjoying live music (I sing sometimes too, mostly in the shower!)
I think self-expression is important. When you create, you release. You let go.
Art is like a more active form of savasana. You meditate. You move energy. And you begin to create something new.
